By applying to join our Vetted Agency Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not apply to or participate in our network.
Our Vetted Agency Network ("Network") is a curated list of development agencies that meet our quality standards. Inclusion in the Network is at our sole discretion.
3.1. Agencies may apply to join the Network by submitting an application through our website.
3.2. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
3.3. Acceptance into the Network does not create an employee-employer relationship.
4.1. Agencies must maintain the quality standards that led to their acceptance into the Network.
4.2. Agencies must keep their profile information up to date.
4.3. Agencies must not misrepresent their capabilities or relationship with our Network.
We reserve the right to remove any agency from the Network at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We are not responsible for any disputes between agencies and their clients. Our Network serves only as a curated list and does not guarantee the quality of work performed by member agencies.
Agencies retain all rights to their own intellectual property. Inclusion in our Network does not grant us any ownership rights to an agency's work or ideas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Network after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
